If you had any issues with the topics covered in chapters 4 or 5 then lets talk about that here.
I have also attached my chapter 4 and 5 notes to this post which can be downloaded. These are my personal notes, so please don't complain about them. Use them at your own discretion. I try and note down the most important points covered in a chapter, if certain things are obvious to me then i leave it out or don't put any explanation to it. I try to focus on the things i don't know or the more complex concepts.
I think ideally you should be making your own notes. The chapters are long but they only touch on 2 to 3 key concepts each, so summarizing them should be effective when revising.
